Summary
The Provider Invoice Management team handles the payment of provider invoices and rebilling of costs to clients in the areas of Roadside Assistance, Medical Assistance, Health and Travel Health.Responsibility:
\xc2\xb7 Payment of service provider invoices in ACM
\xc2\xb7 Verification of outgoing payments in GRP
\xc2\xb7 Approval of provider self-invoices
\xc2\xb7 Charging the costs to the customers
\xc2\xb7 Clarification of special cases with accounting and partner network
\xc2\xb7 Processing of requests from providers in the mailbox
\xc2\xb7 Communication with providers by e-mail and telephoneKnowledge & skills:
In addition to your completed education, you ideally have professional experience in the insurance industry or have already gained experience in accounting.
\xc2\xb7 You are familiar with the use of a computer
\xc2\xb7 You are quick to familiarize yourself with new programs and processes
\xc2\xb7 You have an affinity for numbers and very good analytical skills
\xc2\xb7 You have good written German skills, further language skills (English, French, Spanish, Eastern European languages) are advantageous
