We are seeking an experienced Investor Services Specialist with a strong background in client-facing financial services, specifically supporting hedge funds, private equity funds, or mutual funds. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in investor relations, transfer agency operations, and end-to-end account servicing. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex investor transactions while ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, addressing queries and delivering high-quality service.
• Manage investor relations and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and support.
• Handle end-to-end investor account opening and onboarding with accuracy and efficiency.
• Execute transaction processing including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches.
• Support transfer agency activities and maintain accurate investor records.
• Prepare reports, statements, and documentation required for investor servicing.
• Manage client-facing interactions across hedge funds, private equity funds, mutual funds, or other asset classes.
• Assist in resolving investor issues, ensuring compliance with operational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Strong client handling and client-facing interaction experience
