Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Investor Relationship Officer

to manage and strengthen relationships with current and potential investors. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between the company and its investors, ensuring transparent communication, trust, and alignment with the company's goals and growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and institutional investors. Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and communications. Present company performance, updates, and financial highlights to investors clearly and confidently. Support investor onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes. Coordinate investor meetings, presentations, and quarterly reviews. Develop investor communication materials such as reports, presentations, and updates. Collaborate with the finance, marketing, and management teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential investors and partnership opportunities. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all investor data and correspondence.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in investor relations, client servicing, business development, or financial communication.

Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills in

English and Malayalam

(Hindi is a plus). Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Knowledge of financial terminology and investment processes. Proficiency in

MS Office, Google Workspace

, and CRM tools. Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines. High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
