Investor Relations Executive

to spearhead our investor outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with startups, a proven track record of securing investor partnerships, and the ability to effectively communicate the vision and financial potential of Home Dot to prospective investors.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, research, and connect with potential investors, venture capitalists, and financial institutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, ensuring transparency and engagement. Prepare compelling pitch decks, investor reports, and financial presentations. Represent Home Dot at networking events, investor meetings, and industry conferences. Collaborate with the leadership team to align fundraising strategies with company growth objectives. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and investor preferences. Negotiate funding terms and oversee investor agreements. Maintain regular communication with existing investors, providing updates on company performance and strategic direction.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience working with a startup in investor relations, business development, or fundraising roles. Strong understanding of investment trends, financial modeling, and startup funding strategies. Excellent networking and negotiation skills. Ability to craft and deliver compelling investor presentations. High level of professionalism, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience using CRM tools for investor tracking is a plus.
