Position Overview: The Investor Relations Associate will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing relationships with the company\'s investors, analysts, and financial community. This position requires a highly motivated individual with 3-5 years of experience in investor relations or related fields. Key Responsibilities: 1. Communication and Reporting: \xc2\xb7 Prepare and distribute quarterly and annual financial reports, presentations, and other relevant materials for shareholders and analysts. \xc2\xb7 Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and maintain clear and consistent communication with the investment community. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and analyze peer and industry performance to provide benchmarking insights. 2. Financial Analysis: \xc2\xb7 Analyze financial statements, market trends, and competitor data to identify key drivers of the company\'s performance. \xc2\xb7 Assist in the preparation of financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. 3. Investor Meetings and Events: \xc2\xb7 Organize and coordinate investor conferences, roadshows, and earnings conference calls. \xc2\xb7 Arrange one-on-one meetings with investors and analysts to discuss the company\'s performance and strategy. 4. Shareholder Engagement: \xc2\xb7 Cultivate and maintain relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and individual shareholders. \xc2\xb7 Develop a deep understanding of investor concerns and feedback to address them effectively. 5. Market Intelligence: \xc2\xb7 Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact the company\'s financial performance and investor sentiment. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus. \xc2\xb7 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or related roles within a publicly listed company. \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and financial modeling. \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to investor relations in India. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in MS Office Suite and investor relations software/tools. \xc2\xb7 Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
