Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Investor Relations Officer

to join our dynamic team at

Hooqx

. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in

fundraising, venture capital, and financial analysis

, with over

3 years of proven experience

in a similar profile.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed

financial and business analysis

of investment opportunities. Support the management team in

fundraising activities

and investor relations. Evaluate and monitor the

performance of existing investments

and portfolio companies. Prepare

investment memos, reports, and presentations

for management and investors. Perform

market research, competitor analysis

, and identify new opportunities. Work closely with

venture capital firms, investors, and financial institutions

to support funding strategies. Assist in developing

financial models, projections, and valuation reports

. Provide insights and recommendations to support

strategic decision-making

.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in

Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration

(MBA preferred). Minimum

3 years of experience

in investment analysis, fundraising, or working with venture capital firms. Strong understanding of

financial statements, valuations, and capital markets

. Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in

Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint

. Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Industry Experience:

Experience in

venture capital, private equity, or financial consulting

will be highly preferred. Exposure to

startup funding or corporate investment processes

will be an advantage.

Salary:

As per experience and last drawn compensation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
