Job Responsibilities

1. Real Estate Funds

Create client-friendly, world-classand high-impact

pitch books, teasers, brochures, and fund collaterals

. Develop

training packs and educational materials

for distributors, channel partners, IFAs, RMs, and investors. Understand broad

tax, regulatory, and legal frameworks

related to: (a) Deals and products (b) AIF/PMS/NBFC vehicles Build strong

networks and relationships

with partners, distributors, and investors. Establish proper

agreements, fee-sharing terms, and due diligence processes

with all partners. Maintain and update

Investor MIS and databases

weekly. Conduct

market scanning

to evaluate new funds in the Real Estate space and monitor competitor models. Lead

marketing of onshore and offshore funds

. Expand the investor base including

LPs and co-investors

. Develop understanding of

Real Estate NCDs, PE deals

, and manage financial closure of transactions.

2. Investment Banking

Expand

investor relations

and drive closure of investment banking deals.

3. Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance and prepare reporting required for

investors, distributors, and regulatory frameworks

.

Education Qualification

Post-Graduate in

Finance and/or Marketing

. Professional qualifications such as

CFA or CA

preferred.

Years of Experience

2-5 years

of relevant experience. Prior experience in

financial services, private wealth management, or investment funds

is preferred.

Required Skill Set

Strong

presentation skills

. Excellent

financial acumen

. Strong

networking and relationship-building

ability. Deep understanding of

financial products and markets

. Proficiency in

Excel

and well-versed with the

MS Office suite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
