Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Fundraising Manager
who can drive our fundraising efforts, build relationships with
consumer brand-focused investors (angels, VCs, family offices)
, and prepare investor-ready documents.
This role is crucial in scaling our distribution, expanding inventory, and unlocking nationwide growth.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute fundraising strategy (Seed / Angel / VC rounds).
Build strong relationships with
investors specializing in consumer brands / D2C / FMCG
.
Prepare high-quality investor documents:
Pitch Deck
Financial Projections & Valuations
Business Plan
Investor Updates
Manage the complete fundraising lifecycle: outreach, investor meetings, negotiations, due diligence, and closure.
Collaborate with founders to shape the investment story and market positioning.
Stay updated on fundraising trends, valuation benchmarks, and investor appetite in consumer brands.
Requirements
Proven track record in
fundraising for consumer brands
(mandatory).
Strong existing network of
consumer brand investors
- angels, VCs, family offices.
5+ years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, corporate finance, or investment banking.
Expertise in financial modeling, business planning, and investment documentation.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to pitch investors effectively.
Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
