The Role



The

Investor Relations & Business Development (IR & BD) Manager

will play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening our relationships with investors, stakeholders, and business partners. The role will balance investor communication with business growth -- supporting both

capital management

and

real estate development initiatives

.

The position requires a mix of financial acumen, strategic thinking, and relationship management, with the ability to represent the company's vision and performance credibly to investors while identifying and supporting new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities



Investor Relations



Prepare investor materials, including presentations, reports, financial summaries, and MIS updates. Coordinate and manage investor meetings, conferences, and project presentations. Ensure investor communication is transparent, accurate, and aligned with company strategy and financial performance. Analyse investor feedback, competitor activity, and market trends to support internal decision-making. Collaborate with finance and legal teams to provide required information to investors promptly.

Business Development



Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic growth opportunities in real estate. Conduct detailed research and financial analysis to assess new projects, markets, and investment prospects. Work with senior management to design business development strategies aligned with long-term growth. Build and maintain an active industry network to identify partnerships and market opportunities.

Strategic & Analytical Support



Carry out market intelligence and benchmarking of real estate deals. Assist in developing financial models, business plans, and investment memos. Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives.

Candidate Profile



Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA is an advantage). A general understanding of real estate is preferred. 5+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, or business development. Strong knowledge of financial markets, corporate finance, and investment analysis. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
