Job Overview

House Banao is looking for a seasoned

Investor Relation

with strong experience in managing investor communications and fundraising activities, preferably within

startup ecosystems

. The role requires close coordination with founders and senior leadership to build trust-based, long-term relationships with investors while ensuring transparent and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with existing and prospective investors Act as the primary point of contact between investors and company leadership Prepare and present investor updates, pitch decks, MIS reports, and financial summaries Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and follow-ups with founders Support fundraising activities including investor outreach, due diligence, and closures Address investor queries related to business performance, financials, and growth plans Maintain accurate investor records, documentation, and compliance Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and alignment with company strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications

5-10 years of proven experience in

Investor Relations, Fundraising, Corporate Finance, or Wealth Management

Prior experience working in

startups

is mandatory Strong understanding of financial statements, business models, and valuation concepts Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work directly with founders and senior management High level of integrity, discretion, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

MBA / CA / CFA or equivalent professional qualification Experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, or related sectors Exposure to angel, VC, or institutional fundraising rounds
