The JD is as follows:

Work on developing investor relations strategy and framework
Managing investor transition from privately held PE invested to publicly held listed company
Working on potential IPO of the company including DRHP, RHP filing and investor roadshows, addressing investor queries
Develop and maintain long term financial model with emphasis on current financial data analysis
Assist in planning and implementing strategic investor relations programs
Manage investor relations including investor mapping, earnings calls, external financial communication, handle enquiries and provide continuous feedback to management
Provide insights through competitor benchmarking, analyst reviews and market movements
Periodic reports to senior management on concerns and expectations of various stakeholders (analysts and investors)
Assist in preparation of annual reports and liaise with shareholders for approval of company resolutions
Work on strategic equity and debt fund raising from PEs\xe2\x80\x99, DFIs\xe2\x80\x99, Impact funds, etc.

Profile:

MBA/CA with 2-3 years post qualification experience in handling investor relations in either publicly listed or PE investee company, corporate strategy function
Candidates with experience in corporate finance teams of investment banks/Big 4s could also be considered
Fresh MBAs with some prequalification experience
