The Analyst - Investor Relations will support the company's fundraising, investor communication, and strategic finance initiatives. The role involves financial modeling, preparing investor presentations, and building strong relationships with investors, bankers, and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Modeling & Analysis
Develop and maintain detailed financial models (3-statement, cash flow, valuation, scenario & sensitivity analysis).
Support business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy.
Analyze financial performance and prepare insights for management and investors.
Investor Relations & Fundraising Support
Assist in managing relationships with investors, investment bankers, lenders, and financial advisors.
Coordinate investor meetings, due diligence requests, and data room management.
Support fundraising activities including equity, debt, and structured finance.
Presentations & Reporting
Prepare investor decks, pitch books, information memorandums, and board presentations.
Draft investor updates, quarterly reports, and financial summaries.
Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely communication with stakeholders.
Market & Strategic Analysis
Track industry trends, peer benchmarking, and market developments.
Support valuation discussions and transaction-related analysis.
Assist senior management with strategic initiatives and ad-hoc financial analysis.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA / CFA preferred).
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of financial databases is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with investors and bankers.
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and analytical mindset.
Experience
2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Investor Relations, or similar roles.
Experience in fundraising, investor communication, or financial strategy is preferred.
