Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships and communication with investors, analysts, and capital market stakeholders Ensure accurate, transparent, and regulatory-compliant investor disclosures Plan and execute investor meetings, roadshows, earnings calls, and conferences Support CFO in investor presentations, financial disclosures, and capital market activities Address investor queries and provide insights on financial and strategic performance Build and expand the institutional investor base and manage analyst expectations Coordinate internally and with PR to ensure consistent, up-to-date investor communication Handle strategic initiatives and special projects as required
