high-ownership, high-visibility Individual Contributor (IC) role

for someone who wants more than just a "job." You'll have direct access to the founding team, work on marquee investment mandates, and get exposed to both

domestic and international real estate ecosystems

You'll be given full autonomy over your pipeline, supported by pre-qualified leads, and be rewarded directly for your performance. No layers. No limits. Just pure upside.

What You'll Be Doing:



Become an authority on high-ROI real estate assets across Gurugram, Tier-1 Indian cities, and international markets like Dubai and Singapore. Engage and convert premium clients (NRI/HNI) into long-term investors by pitching tailored investment solutions. Own your entire sales journey -- from discovery to closure -- with full accountability. Deliver white-glove post-sales service and nurture deep client relationships.

What We're Looking For:



1-2 years of consultative or high-value sales experience -- real estate, banking, aviation, luxury, or hospitality backgrounds are all welcome. Fluent in both Hindi and English, with a confident, client-first communication style. MBA mandatory --motivation, polish, and dedication matter most.
