About the Role
We're looking for a goal-oriented and financially savvy
Investment Sales Consultant

As a key contributor to our client acquisition and retention efforts, you will be responsible for promoting mutual fund solutions, nurturing investor relationships, and driving revenue across retail and HNI segments. What You'll Be Doing
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Proactively identify and onboard new investors through referrals, cold outreach, social media, events, and partnerships.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-potential leads across salaried professionals, entrepreneurs, and HNIs.
Client Engagement & Advisory
Build lasting relationships by offering personalized investment advice based on the client's risk appetite, financial goals, and life stage.
Conduct need-analysis sessions, portfolio reviews, and goal-based planning conversations.
Product Consultation & Sales Closure
Promote and sell mutual funds and related investment products by simplifying complex financial instruments into easy-to-understand recommendations.
Educate clients on investment benefits, risks, taxation, and long-term financial planning strategies.
Achieve and exceed defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Market Tracking & Insights
Stay updated on market movements, product innovations, regulatory updates, and macroeconomic trends.
Share actionable insights with internal stakeholders to enhance customer offerings and improve engagement strategies.
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and interactions using CRM tools.
Ensure all client documentation and investment transactions are in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Certifications such as NISM VA, CFP, or AMFI are a strong plus.
2-15 years
of sales or advisory experience in mutual funds, wealth management, banking, or insurance.
Deep understanding of retail investment products with a focus on mutual funds.
Strong interpersonal, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
Self-starter with the ability to manage time, targets, and client relationships independently.
Fluent in English and at least one regional language.
Nice to Have
Existing network in the financial advisory or wealth space.
Prior experience dealing with
HNI clients
and complex investment portfolios.
Exposure to investment platforms, CRM tools, or wealth-tech products.
