This is regarding Opening with a Leading Pvt Bank as an Investment Manager - Execution - Real Estate
Designation: Investment Manager - Execution - Real Estate
Experience: at least 6-10 years ,Excellent knowledge of the loan documents and NCD issuance processes.
Location: Delhi/Bangalore/Mumbai
Job Role:
- To analyse various structure financial problems, you need understanding skills.
- Ongoing communication with the internal relationship and coverage teams
- Creating pitches that include funding options
- Creation of analytical information for cash investors and internal doability assessment flowcharts, a docket for information, etc.
- Coordinating placements with the sales staff and potential investors
- Deal closure, involving sanctions, paperwork, and funding
- Working with the finance team to structure and carry out deals.
- Working both solo and collaboratively
