Job Title: Investment Expert -Venture Capital
Experience : 8+ Years
Locations: MG Road Gurugram
Full-time: In Office

We're looking for a senior leader with deep experience in building and scaling venture platforms. Someone who has seen the playbook inside top VCs and can help us apply that lens to:

Institutionalize internal operations
Scale fund and startup support functions
Build a founder-first but metrics-driven ecosystem
This is a high-leverage role reporting directly to the Founders.

Key Responsibilities
Process Excellence: Design and implement systems for fund ops, deal flow, portfolio management, founder engagement, and reporting
Playbook Building: Help create repeatable, scalable playbooks across all lifecycle stages of startups (from first cheque to follow-ons)
Platform Strengthening: Improve internal workflows across IA's business units
Team Upleveling: Coach existing team members, bring in operating discipline, and infuse cross-functional collaboration
Strategic Projects: Support new initiatives like tech platform, expansion

Who You Are

Senior leader from a top-tier VC (e.g., Blume, Peak XV, Elevation, Accel, Matrix)
Strong operator with experience across fund strategy, founder engagement, and internal ops/processes
Excels at building zero-to-one processes and scaling them
Comfortable with ambiguity but brings structure
Deep empathy for founders, and high alignment with IA's mission.

Pay: ?600.00 - ?1,200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 54 per week
