Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily trade confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations between internal records and custodians/brokers.
Maintain and update portfolio positions, valuations, and cash balances.
Support the preparation of investment reports, NAV calculations, and performance summaries.
Investigate and resolve data or transaction discrepancies in a timely manner.
Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, macros) to manage and analyze large data sets.
Assist in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and automation in back-office workflows.
Collaborate with accounts teams to ensure data accuracy and smooth operations.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in investment operations, fund accounting, or a similar analytical role (fresh graduates with strong skills also considered).
Excellent Excel skills -- comfortable working with formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
Strong numerical and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with financial instruments (equities, bonds, derivatives, etc.) and trade lifecycle processes.
