Job Description

Assist in live stressed asset and NPL transactions from origination to execution. o

Support financial model preparation, cash flow analysis, and portfolio recovery assessment. o

Manage and organize data rooms, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information. o

Prepare presentations, teasers, and investment memoranda for investor discussions. o

Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, ARCs, and institutional investors for transaction processes.

Track market developments, deal activity, and regulatory updates in the distressed asset segment. o

Maintain MIS trackers and internal reporting dashboards to monitor deal progress.

Candidate Requirements o

Pursuing ACCA or both CFA and ACCA (preferred). o

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. o

Strong grasp of valuation techniques, credit analysis, and financial modelling. o

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. o

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. o

Ability to work independently and manage deliverables within tight timelines. o Willingness to travel for business meetings when required.
