3 to 8 years of experience in investment banking, financial analysis or related roles within the investment management industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable investment recommendations.
Proficiency in financial research tools, Lead generation, Deal closure, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office suite.
Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are a plus.
Strong ethical and professional conduct in line with industry regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough financial analysis, including quantitative and qualitative assessments of potential investment opportunities across various asset classes.
Utilize advanced financial models to assess risk and return profiles, evaluate valuations, and forecast potential outcomes for both individual securities and broader portfolio strategies.
Lead in-depth industry and company research, identifying key growth drivers, competitive dynamics, and potential investment risks.
Generate detailed investment reports, presenting findings and recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, assisting in their professional development and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Assist in client interactions, communicating investment strategies, performance updates, and addressing inquiries effectively.
Participate in investment committee meetings, contributing insights and participating in discussions to refine investment strategies.
