We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate - Investment Banking to support deal execution and financial research across M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory mandates. The ideal candidate will have solid financial analysis capabilities, hands-on modelling experience, and the ability to manage client deliverables independently while working closely with senior bankers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Execution & Support
Assist in executing M&A and capital markets transactions including valuations, pitch books, and financial models
Support preparation of transaction documents such as Information Memorandums, investor presentations, and teasers
Participate in due diligence and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Financial Analysis & Modelling
Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate company performance, valuation, and deal structures
Conduct sector benchmarking, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses
Generate insights and recommendations based on financial and operational data
Client & Project Coordination
Work closely with clients, investors, and advisors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
Support project management by tracking timelines, deliverables, and communication flow between teams
Research & Market Intelligence
Conduct industry, company, and market research to support live and prospective mandates
Analyse industry trends and identify potential investment opportunities or acquisition targets
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain organized project files, ensuring documentation aligns with internal standards
Support compliance and record-keeping requirements for all client engagements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Engineering, or related discipline.
2-4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
Strong knowledge of financial modelling, valuation, and M&A concepts.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with platforms such as Capital IQ, Pitchbook, or Bloomberg.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
