Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Investment Banker

with experience in

Pre-IPO advisory

or capital markets. The ideal candidate will support clients in navigating their IPO journey, from initial preparation through capital raising and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on Pre-IPO structuring, capital strategy, and market readiness Develop and present investor pitch decks, teasers, and information memorandums Build financial models, perform company valuations, and assist in due diligence Identify and connect with institutional investors, VCs, and HNIs for fundraising Coordinate with legal, compliance, and regulatory teams for IPO documentation Stay up to date with SEBI, NSE/BSE, and market listing requirements Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and ecosystem partners Support end-to-end transaction execution, including deal structuring and closure

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Pre-IPO advisory Strong understanding of

IPO processes, SEBI regulations

, and capital markets Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple deals and work in a fast-paced environment Experience in preparing investor materials and working with early-stage companies is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA (Finance) / CFA / CA Experience in a boutique investment bank, merchant bank, or capital markets firm Network of investors, merchant bankers, or legal firms is an added advantage
