What youll do (primary responsibilities)

60% -- Research, Data & Reports

Research topics for our tools and content; gather clear notes and reliable sources. Keep data updated (fund NAVs/AUM and basic bond/yield info); doublecheck for simple errors. Compare mutual funds and fixedincome options using our templates; call out the top 2-3 takeaways. Make weekly/monthly reports and dashboards with clean charts and plainEnglish summaries. Run basic checks with our internal metrics; flag anything unusual for review. Coordinate with the social media agency as the POC: share data, factcheck posts, track approvals and the content calendar. Light ops support: keep sheets, folders, and trackers organized and up to date.

20% -- Newsletter, Content & Microcopy

Draft, factcheck, and proof the weekly personalfinance newsletter (snappy intros, crisp takeaways, zero fluff). Convert finance insights into simple visuals (Canva/Figma) and short social snippets. Write product microcopy (tooltips, CTAs, emptystates) in clear, userfriendly language.

20% -- UI/UX with AI

Create lowfidelity wireframes for pages/tools (home, calculators, flows) using AI tools. Run quick A/B copy tests; incorporate feedback into the next iteration.

Strong communication and note-taking skills Fluent in spoken and written English Reliable, self-driven, and proactive Flexible, collaborative, and receptive to feedback

Eligibility

Fresh graduates (BMS, BBA, BAF, BFM, etc) with a keen interest in finance and investments. This role is not open to experienced professionals.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
