The Fraud/Investigation Specialist focuses upon the detection, investigation and prevention of fraudulent and security related transactions occurring both internally and / or externally. They have a good understanding of established concepts and procedures in fraud prevention, detection and investigation gained through extensive practical experience and maintains fraud management policies and conducts fraud case analysis, investigations and fraud detection and prevention schemes/customer interviews. Typically reports to the Fraud/Investigation Manager.

Job Responsibility

Driving overall framework for Internal Investigations including some facets of data loss prevention investigations and accordingly driving local _VOIS governance.

• Carry out and lead critical investigations end to end, as assigned by the _VOIS India Investigations Manager with high levels of objectivity, thoroughness, relevance, accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality. Alongside be prepared to handle global investigations, as and when assigned.
• To prepare and maintain confidentiality of detailed and accurate reports, evidence documentation, records and KPIs for all investigations performed including presenting the same with relevant stakeholders and leaders.
• To ensure completion of all follow-up recommendations as a fall out from the Investigation Reports within the stipulated timelines and SLAs agreed upon.
• Manage the physical and infra security operational aspects of Ahmedabad location and ensure all standards and strategy are adhered to in line with the _VOIS strategy for Physical and Infra Security.
• Conduct physical security reviews/ audit of specified location/ locations operated by _VOIS India, producing detailed risk and threat assessments. Implement site specific metrics and KPIs defined for Corporate Security.
• Ensure physical security standards are maintained without impacting operations and customer experience.
• Assist and support the _VOIS India Physical Security Manager & _VOIS India Investigations Manager with executing and providing inputs for shaping and driving strategy, transformation and performance of the Physical and Infra Security & Investigations function at _VOIS.
• Employ innovative but ethical means to identify malpractices either through effective intelligence/ sources within the organisation to initiate, carry out investigations and add value to the organisation.
• Advise site specific _VOIS IN functions and entities on remedial actions following an investigation or physical security breach as a preventative and corrective measure.
• Review best practice and standards and develop a cost-effective approach to maintain levels of physical security balanced against commercial objectives.
• Work under the guidance of and assist _VOIS IN Physical Security Manager and _VOIS IN Investigations Manager in order to action/complete tasks pertaining to Physical & Infra Security and Investigations as assigned by the respective_VOIS Corporate Security Global Leads.
