JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible to give Investigation training to FO, TL & post QA and visit to Insurance company/TPA for Business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible training to FO, TL & post QA team members for good quality of investigation. Detailed analysis to identify improvement areas and more focus on Rejection through available document along with Investigation Outcome. Adhere to agreed TAT and accuracy. Analysis for investigation Fraud Prone Areas and Hospital Monthly provide improvement plan to Stakeholders for further process. Maintain Daily Sheet. Coordination within the function Ability to work in highly competitive & demanding environment

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Any Graduate from any Background (Medical Background Preferred). 1-2 Years' Experience in Investigation. Fresher can also consider with Medical Knowledge. Knowledge of insurance industry. Medium Knowledge in MS Office. Excellent Interpersonal and team working skills.
