Inventory Supervisor
to manage and oversee our raw material, packaging, and finished goods inventory.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Implement and enforce FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
Oversee daily stock movements (inward & outward).
Documentation & Systems
Maintain accurate records in ERP/Google Sheets.
Generate Material Receipt Notes (MRN), Delivery Challans (DC), and stock reports.
Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock reconciliations.
Team & Coordination
Supervise storekeepers, weighmen, and helpers.
Coordinate with production, sales, quality, and dispatch departments for smooth material flow.
Support planning team with real-time stock updates for production scheduling.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure hygienic storage and handling of food-grade materials.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Report and resolve any stock variances or discrepancies.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in inventory or warehouse supervision (food manufacturing preferred).
Strong knowledge of ERP/Excel/Google Sheets.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Understanding of hygiene, GMP, and food safety practices.
