About Bonntonn Gourmet:

Bonntonn Gourmet is a premium patisserie and gifting brand offering artisanal desserts, breads, and luxury hampers. We're expanding through dark stores and online platforms and are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Procurement Executive to streamline stock, purchase, and vendor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate daily stock records for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies. Track sales, purchase, and consumption data to forecast requirements. Generate and process purchase orders; follow up with vendors for timely supply. Maintain GRNs, challans, and inward/outward registers. Ensure proper documentation of expiry dates, batch numbers, and storage conditions. Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order readiness. Support accounts team in invoice matching and payment follow-up. Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports for management review. Optimize purchase costs through vendor comparison and negotiation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate (Commerce / Business / Supply Chain preferred). 1-3 years of experience in inventory or procurement. Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets. Knowledge of stock control systems and food operations preferred. Excellent communication and time management skills.
Compensation: ₹16,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time | 9AM - 7 PM | 12PM -10PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
