Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage inventory levels as per sales and business forecasts.
Track and analyze inventory performance -- sell-through, ageing, and stock turns.
Create and execute liquidation and markdown plans for non-moving stock.
Collaborate with merchandising, finance, and supply chain teams for demand planning.
Optimize inventory allocation across stores, regions, or channels.
Prepare regular reports on inventory health and performance metrics.
Identify opportunities to reduce excess stock and improve working capital.
Requirements
Graduate or Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
5-8 years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or merchandise planning.
Strong knowledge of Excel and inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Experience in liquidation, markdown, or clearance management.
Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
