About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day inventory management, coordinating dispatch & return processes, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end inventory operations, including stock entry, verification, and reconciliation.
Track inward & outward movement of goods through ERP or inventory software.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics & warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch & returns.
Monitor stock accuracy, conduct regular audits, and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure adherence to inventory control procedures and minimize discrepancies.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve stock-related issues.
Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
3-4 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Zoho, Tally, etc.) and Excel.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
