Oversee inward and outward movement of raw materials and finished goods at the factory.
Coordinate with production teams to align inventory availability with daily and seasonal production plans.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
2. Store Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels at all retail outlets and warehouses.
Plan inter-store stock transfers to balance demand and reduce wastage.
Ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving and festival-specific SKUs.
Coordinate with store managers to address shortages, damages, or slow-moving stock.
3. Systems & Reporting
Maintain accurate real-time inventory records using ERP / Excel-based systems.
Generate periodic MIS reports on stock ageing, wastage, variance, fast-moving and slow-moving items.
Analyze inventory data to support management decisions on procurement and production planning.
