Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical

Inventory Manager

to oversee and manage inventory levels, track shipments, forecast supply needs, and ensure accurate stock control. The ideal candidate will maintain optimal inventory to support business operations while minimizing excess or obsolete stock.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices. Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; process purchase orders as required. Track inventory movement and reconcile stock discrepancies. Conduct regular audits and physical inventory checks. Forecast demand and plan inventory replenishment accordingly. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to manage stock flow. Manage stock across multiple locations or warehouses if applicable. Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system (ERP or WMS). Identify areas for improvement and implement inventory optimization strategies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of inventory and supply chain principles. Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Inventory). Excellent organizational and analytical skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory databases. Strong leadership and communication skills.
