Inventory Manager
to take full ownership of our stock management. You will be responsible for ensuring 100% stock accuracy, preventing any leakage, and organizing our inventory to support the project team's speed and reliability.
Objectives of this role
Ensure zero discrepancy between physical stock and system records.
Prevent stock leakage through strict inward/outward documentation and movement controls.
Optimize warehouse space for maximum safety and picking efficiency.
Minimize project delays by maintaining optimal stock levels and proactive reordering.
Responsibilities
Inspect and document all incoming shipments for quality and quantity against purchase orders.
Update the inventory system in real-time for every single item movement (Inward/Outward).
Conduct regular weekly cycle counts and comprehensive monthly audits.
Monitor stock levels against minimum thresholds and coordinate reorders with procurement.
Maintain a clean, organized, and labeled storage system for all products and equipment.
Required skills and qualifications
Absolute integrity and a disciplined approach to rules and documentation.
Extreme organizational skills with a "place for everything" mindset.
High attention to detail, specifically in counting and labeling high-value items.
Physical stamina to manage warehouse operations and oversee stock movement.
Preferred skills and qualifications
Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, Tally, or SAP).
Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
