Job Title: Inventory Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail?oriented

Inventory Manager

to oversee and optimize all inventory operations at our Plant. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock levels, efficient flow of materials, and integration with procurement and production teams to support seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, finished goods, and supplies. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reorder planning to prevent shortages or excesses. Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align inventory with demand forecasts. Conduct physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies in inventory records. Implement and maintain inventory best practices, systems, and tools. Supervise warehouse operations: storage, labeling, inward/outward movement, and housekeeping. Prepare regular inventory reports and insights for management decision?making. Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and company SOPs in warehouse management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

+4 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics (preferably in manufacturing environment ) Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, ERP systems, and stock management principles. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem?solving skills. Ability to lead and coordinate with cross?functional teams. High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping. Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management software. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Note : This role requires mandatory experience in SAP software
