We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Inventory Manager

to oversee and manage inventory operations for our growing e-commerce company in Mohali. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock levels, efficient inventory flow, and coordination with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day inventory operations and stock control Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment Maintain accurate inventory records across systems Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and logistics partners Analyze inventory data to reduce stock discrepancies and dead stock Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory Prepare inventory reports and forecasts Implement inventory management best practices and SOPs Handle audits and resolve inventory variances

Requirements:

Good knowledge of MS-Excel 2-5 years of experience in inventory management (preferably e-commerce) Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and Excel Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms Knowledge of demand forecasting and supply planning Strong communication and coordination skills
