About the Role

XLNC Perfumery is a rapidly growing fragrance brand committed to delivering high-quality perfumes. We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to take ownership of finished goods stock management, ensuring accurate control, smooth warehouse operations, and timely distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee

finished goods inventory

(perfume stock across SKUs). Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inward & outward movement, and stock reconciliation. Implement effective stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) to avoid ageing or expired goods. Coordinate with sales & dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Supervise warehouse staff to maintain proper handling, packaging, and storage of perfumes. Conduct periodic physical stock audits, cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies. Generate inventory reports, highlighting stock position, fast-moving & slow-moving items. Optimize warehouse layout and storage to improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and SOP standards for finished goods handling.

Requirements

Graduate (Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration preferred).

4-7 years of experience

in inventory/warehouse management of

finished goods

(FMCG, cosmetics, or perfumery industry preferred). Strong knowledge of inventory software/ERP systems. Proven ability to manage stock accuracy and reduce pilferage/loss. Excellent organizational, analytical, and team management skills. Preference will be given to candidates with

prior experience in perfume, cosmetics, or FMCG finished goods management
