WE'RE HIRING -- INVENTORY LEAD

Location: Goa

Experience: 6+ Years (Retail / Manufacturing Preferred)

COCO LENI is looking for a proactive Inventory Lead to manage stock operations while leading and coordinating the inventory team across retail and manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do

? Lead and manage the inventory & warehouse team efficiently

? Plan stock levels and ensure optimum availability across stores

? Handle inward, outward & inter-store stock transfers

? Maintain high inventory accuracy and audit compliance

? Control shrinkage, damages & stock losses

? Prepare inventory MIS, forecasting & replenishment reports

? Coordinate with production, retail stores & logistics teams

What We're Looking For

? Strong team handling & leadership skills

? Hands-on experience with inventory systems (ERP/POS)

? Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities

? Experience in luxury retail, fashion, FMCG or manufacturing preferred

? Process-driven, detail-oriented & ownership mindset
