: We are building a patient-first heartcare program that provides preventive and rehabilitative, non-invasive treatment to cardiac patients. With over 25 years of experience, SAAOL is an established brand within non-invasive heart treatment, and currently operates 100+ centres across the country. Our treatment portfolio includes FDA approved EECP treatment, lifestyle education, diet consultation, and medical consultation.

We are looking for an Inventory Manager who will be required to ensure the timely dispatch of pharmaceutical and related products to our heart centres on a timely basis. The ideal candidate would be able to maintain stock responsibly and keep updated information regarding requirements

Primary Responsibilities would include

Managing and overseeing all aspects of inventory operations Develop and implement efficient stock management procedures and policies to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts Oversee receiving and inspection processes to ensure the quality and accuracy of incoming stock Arrange inventory according to the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method Closely monitor expiration dates to ensure compliance with quality standards and minimize spoilage Monitor the transit process closely, including packing, dispatching, and delivering, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of stock Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies Process purchase and sale bills accurately and in a timely manner Manage courier services efficiently to facilitate the timely delivery of goods Forecasting inventory needs based on sales trends and other factors to ensure adequate stock levels Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of requirements to our heart centres

We are looking for someone who have-

Proven experience of 1-3 years in inventory management or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry. Tech-Friendly Experience in Marg software is a plus Pharma knowledge is a plus Proficient computer/Ms-Excel skills Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
