Job Description

The Inventory Manager will be responsible for end-to-end custody, tracking, and reconciliation of high-value inventory, primarily iPhones and related accessories such as SD cards and card readers. This role demands strict control, zero tolerance for mismatches, and complete documentation discipline.
No inventory movement is allowed without entries, and physical stock must always tally with records.
Shifts - 4:30 am to 2 pm & 4 pm to 1:30 am
Key Responsibilities
1. High-Value Inventory Ownership

• Take complete ownership of high-value devices and accessories.
• Ensure serial-number-level tracking for all devices.
• Maintain zero loss and zero undocumented movement.

2. Inward Inventory Management (IT ? Inventory)

• Receive devices and accessories from the IT team.
• Verify:

• Quantity
• Serial numbers
• Physical condition
• Record all inward movements immediately in:

• Manual registers
• Google Sheets
• Escalate any mismatch, damage, or discrepancy without delay.

3. Outward Inventory Management (Inventory ? Field Ops)

• Hand over inventory from:

• Inventory to Field Ops (FO)
• Field Ops back to Inventory
• Ensure no item goes out without prior entry.
• Capture details including:

• Item name and serial number
• FO name / ID
• Date and time of handover
• Expected return date
• Avoid all verbal or informal handovers.

4. Returns, Reconciliation & Control

• Receive returned inventory and re-verify serial numbers and condition.
• Update return entries on the same day.
• Perform daily reconciliation between:

• Physical stock
• Google Sheets
• Items with Field Ops
• Track overdue or missing items and follow up proactively.

5. Documentation & Audit Readiness

• Maintain clean, structured Google Sheets trackers.
• Ensure inventory area access is controlled.
• Support audits and internal checks as required.
• Maintain high compliance standards for asset handling.

Skills & Requirements
Mandatory

• Experience handling high-value inventory or assets.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas).
• Experience with manual inventory registers.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred

• Background in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or operations.
• Experience managing electronic devices or serialized assets.
