Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and control store inventory including receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of materials.
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and ensure real-time inventory tracking.
Plan optimum stock levels to avoid shortages, overstocking, and dead inventory.
Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile variances.
Coordinate with purchase, production, and sales teams for material planning.
Monitor material movement, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and shelf-life where applicable.
Prepare inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, safety, and housekeeping in the store.
Handle vendor coordination for material receipt and discrepancies.
Implement inventory control processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP.
Good analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of safety standards and store management best practices.
MS Excel proficiency.
