Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of inventory management, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems. Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders to replenish inventory as needed. Conduct regular and cycle stock audits to identify and correct discrepancies. Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth inventory flow. Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and reduce excess and obsolete stock. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies regarding storage and handling of goods. Develop and implement strategies for inventory optimization and cost control. Prepare and present inventory reports to management on a regular basis. Train and supervise warehouse or inventory staff as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or warehouse operations. Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Zoho Inventory). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Strong communication and leadership skills.

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
