Maintain accurate records of jewellery stock including gold, diamonds, gemstones, and silver items.
Track inward and outward movements of stock, including purchases, sales, and returns.
Conduct regular physical verification of inventory and reconcile with system records.
Manage stock valuation, tagging, and labeling of products.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely stock updates and deliveries.
Assist in generating inventory reports for management, audits, and insurance purposes.
Ensure proper storage, security, and handling of all jewellery items.
Support the sales team with stock availability and product details.
Required Skills:
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems.
Basic knowledge of jewellery materials, gemstones, and precious metals.
Good communication and reporting skills.
