To support our growth, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory In charge to oversee our inventory operations, ensuring smooth supply chain management and stock accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end inventory operations including receipt, storage, stock management, and dispatch of garments. Monitor stock levels regularly to avoid stock-outs or overstock situations and ensure optimal inventory turnover. Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements using ERP/WMS or other inventory management software. Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly. Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system data. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of garments to maintain product quality and reduce damage or loss. Implement inventory control measures and best practices to minimize shrinkage and wastage. Analyze inventory trends and prepare reports for management to support decision-making. Manage relationships with vendors and warehouse staff to streamline operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse and inventory areas. Train and supervise junior inventory staff as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, or related field preferred.

2-4 years of proven experience in inventory management within textile/garments manufacturing or e-commerce garment sectors.

Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes, fabrics, and product handling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
