Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Ensure

stock availability

as per production and sales plans Coordinate with

production, purchase, QA, QC, and logistics teams

Maintain

batch-wise and expiry-wise inventory control

Handle

GRN, stock entries, issues, and reconciliations

in ERP Conduct

cycle counts and physical stock audits

Prevent

stock-outs, overstocking, and expiries

Support

regulatory compliance

(GMP, GDP, FDA audits) Prepare

MIS reports

(aging, slow/non-moving stock, consumption)

Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of

pharma inventory practices & compliance

Strong

Excel & reporting skills

Understanding of

batch traceability & documentation

Analytical and coordination skills Attention to detail and accuracy

Educational Background

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / B.Com(Operations / Supply Chain) 1-3 years of experience in

pharma manufacturing or distribution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?38,403.80 per month
