Inventory Executive-Automobile-Althan-25k

Location

: Althan, Surat

Experience

: 1-3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day inventory and stock records



Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely updates



Handle Purchase Orders (PO) creation, tracking, and coordination



Monitor inward and outward stock movement



Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification



Ensure proper storage, organization, and labeling of inventory



Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams



Update inventory details in inventory management software / ERP

system



Prepare inventory reports and share with management as required



Identify and resolve stock discrepancies

Key Skills & Requirements:

Experience in stock management & inventory control



Hands-on experience with inventory software / ERP



Uniware software knowledge preferred



Basic knowledge of procurement & PO process



Good knowledge of MS Excel



Strong attention to detail and organizational skills



Ability to coordinate with multiple teams

Preferred Candidate:

Experience in warehouse or operations environment
