Job Description

About the Role: Responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and controlling the inventory of construction materials, tools, equipment, and consumables at site and/or central warehouse. Ensure accurate stock levels, timely issuance, proper documentation, and compliance with company policies to support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of receipt, issuance, and return of materials, consumables, and equipment at project sites. Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests to avoid shortages or overstocking. Conduct regular physical verification of stock and reconcile with system records. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of construction materials to prevent damage or loss. Update ERP/software/stock register with all material transactions on a daily basis. Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely delivery of required materials. Track tools, machinery, and consumables issued to site teams and ensure timely return. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management. Implement and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and other inventory control techniques. Identify slow-moving, excess, or obsolete stock and highlight to management. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies in the store/warehouse.

Qualifications & Experience

Any Graduation 8-10 years of experience in inventory or stores management in the construction/real estate/infrastructure industry. Proficiency in SAP MM preferred.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of construction materials, consumables, and equipment. Hands-on experience in inventory control, stock management, and ERP/Excel. Good communication and coordination skills with site/project teams. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Ability to work under pressure and meet project timelines.

Pay: Up to ?45,000.00 per month
