We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Management & Purchase Entry Executive to join our team

Key Responsibilities:
Receive, monitor and deliver inventory as per the supply chain and inventory control process.
Identify ways to improve inventory management procedures by creating a tracking system for your inventory
Document and make reports on every stock taking and ensure the quality and inventory control.
Report to the upper management regarding the inventory and shipping status.
Making sure all inventory paperwork is properly managed and filed is accurate
Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
Ensure product stock is adequate for all shops.
Use software to monitor the inventory
Tracking - ensures the company has sufficient stock to meet their customer's needs. Using periodic and perpetual inventory systems, they track, and manage warehouse stock levels.
Supervise to analyze sales figures-Based on this analysis, they are able to produce accurate forecasts about inventory needs.
Suggests practices for reducing costs and optimizing the process of supply chain management.
Analyzes product and supply levels daily to predict inventory issues and shortages
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Inventory Management or relevant field
.
Must have Tally knowledge.
Proven experience in inventory management, purchase entry, or a similar role, ideally within a trading or retail environment.
