Job Title: Inventory Executive - Tagging

Experience: Min. 2 Years

Candidate preferred from Retail / Jewelry Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

1. Maintain accurate records of all jewelry items received, issued, and returned.

2. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock checks and physical verification.

Stock Reconciliation:

1. Reconcile physical stock with system stock regularly.

2. Identify and report stock mismatches, damage, or missing items promptly.

3. Assist in audits (internal & statutory) and maintain proper documentation.

System Operations:

1. Operate inventory management software

2. Generate daily stock reports, movement summaries, and valuation reports.

Tagging & Labelling:

1. Ensure all items are properly tagged with accurate details (weight, purity, price, etc.).

Loss Prevention:

1. Follow strict protocols to avoid stock loss, pilferage, or misplacement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

1. Graduate in Commerce, Business, or relevant field.

2. Preferred: Minimum 2 years experience in inventory handling, preferably in jewellery retail.

3. Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software.t creation, and video editing.

4. Strong understanding of creative portfolios, project-based staffing, and freelance contracting.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Other details:

Salary - 1.5 LPA to 2 LPA Job timing : 9.30 AM to 8 .30 PM
