Receive finished goods from the Inventory Support Department as per received system entries.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for dispatch of FG material and ensure timely shipment.
Prepare, verify, and maintain all shipment-related documentation.
Ensure proper checking of deliverable items at the time of shipment as per invoice and client requirements.
Check and verify sales return goods against sales descriptions and system records.
Conduct daily physical stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records as per EIS.
Ensure real-time visibility of inventory movements to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
Plan and optimize shipment schedules to enhance customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure goods are ready as per client requirements.
Arrange inspections and ensure compliance with client-specific shipment requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate information sharing and proactive issue resolution.
Maintain clear communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to departmental policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Stay updated with applicable regulatory requirements and ensure full compliance.
Ensure all shipments are accurately recorded in the system and successfully delivered to clients.

Strong understanding of FG inventory management and dispatch processes
Knowledge of shipment documentation and inspection procedures

Graduate in any discipline
