Job Description

Job Title: Inventory Cum Store Executive - Sweet Line

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of

raw materials, packaging materials, and finished sweet products

. Monitor

daily stock movement

(inward, outward, transfers, and wastage) of the sweet line. Ensure

proper storage

of sweets, ingredients, and packaging as per hygiene and FSSAI standards. Prepare and update

stock registers, bin cards, and system entries

on a daily basis. Coordinate with the

production team

to issue materials as per approved requisitions. Conduct

daily and monthly physical stock verification

and report variances to management. Track

expiry dates, batch numbers, and FIFO/FEFO compliance

for perishable items. Maintain records of

wastage, breakage, and spoilage

, and take corrective actions. Ensure timely

indent and reordering

of materials to avoid stock shortages or overstocking. Coordinate with

purchase, accounts, and quality teams

for stock reconciliation. Prepare

inventory reports

, including daily stock status, consumption reports, and variance reports. Ensure

cleanliness and proper labeling

in the store area at all times. Support audits and inspections by providing

accurate inventory data and documentation

. Follow company SOPs related to

inventory control, safety, and hygiene

. Any other inventory or store-related work assigned by management.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
