Role Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Inventory Executive to manage and monitor stock across all Entisi stores and dark stores. The role involves conducting physical stock counts, maintaining minimum inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment, and updating all relevant systems to maintain accuracy and efficiency in stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular physical inventory counts across all physical and dark stores. Compare physical stock with system data and reconcile discrepancies. Monitor minimum inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stockouts. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams for stock planning and dispatch. Update Google Sheets, Excel trackers, and inventory management software with accurate, real-time data. Prepare weekly inventory reports and highlight variances or potential stock issues. Identify and suggest improvements in inventory tracking and replenishment processes. Ensure all products are stored and labeled correctly at each store to maintain quality and traceability.
Requirements:

Graduate in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in FMCG, retail, or food industry. Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel frequently across store locations. Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple teams.

Pay: ₹10,401.13 - ₹25,000.00 per month
